Refund policy
Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Piazza De Marini 1 (Portineria), 16123 Genova, Italy. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email, and you can proceed with shipping the return using your chosen courier. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
